- The Model Number of your all-in-one printer used to send the fax.
- The Fax Number. You must enter the Fax Sender Information on the printer in order for the Fax Number to appear on the sheet:
- Press Home.
- Scroll down to Fax Settings, then press OK.
- Select Fax Sender Information, then press OK.
- Use the keypad to enter the Fax Sender Information:
- Name:
- Fax:
- Phone:
- Press OK to save the settings.
- The Date/Time when the Fax Confirmation Sheet was printed.
- Below the Fax Confirmation heading the following information displays:
- Date. The date the fax was sent.
- Start Fax. The time the fax transmission began.
- Duration. The elapsed time of the fax transmission.
- Fax Type. Sent or Error. Indicates if the fax was successfully transmitted or something caused an error in transmission.
- To/From. This is the number to whom the fax was sent. The receiving fax machine must have the receiver's telephone number stored in its fax settings setup. If the receiver's fax number is not stored in its fax settings, the number will not print under the To/From heading.
- Pages. The number of pages transmitted.
- Result. If the resulting fax transmission was successful. If it was successful, the heading will read OK. If an error occurred, Error will be displayed.
