If your printer is connected to your MACINTOSH Computer using an Ethernet cable or a wireless connection, a multiple-page print job may stall if you refill paper or change the type or size of the paper.

If the print job stops:
  1. Cancel the print job at your computer and printer.
  2. View the printer LCD to verify that you have adequate paper and ink to complete the print job.
  3. Start the print job again.
Note: This problem will not occur if a USB cable is used to connect the printer to the computer.
