There may be a problem obtaining a DHCP (dynamic or automatic) IP address assignment for the printer from the wireless router. By default, the printer is set to automatically obtain an IP address from the router (DHCP server). Make sure your wireless router has the DHCP server setting enabled.
Some wireless routers or access points do not support:- DHCP server capability
- automatic assignment of IP addresses
To use a manual (static) IP address instead of an automatic (dynamic) address, see
