Follow the steps below to change the firewall settings to allow these services:
- KODAK AiO Home Center
(C:\Program Files\Kodak\AiO\Center\AiOHomeCenter.exe) - KODAK AiO Network Discovery Service and Bonjour Service
(C:\Program Files\Kodak\AiO\Center\EKAiOHostService.exe)
IMPORTANT: You must also allow IGMP (Internet Group Management Protocol). Refer to your User Guide for AVG Internet Security.
- Start AVG Internet Security.
- Select Tools, then select Firewall settings.
- Select your profile.
- Double-click your profile name.
- Select Applications.
- Click Add.
- Select Allow for all.
- Click "..."
- Browse to C:\Program Files\Kodak\AiO\Center, then select AiOHomeCenter.exe.
- Click Open.
- Click "...".
- Browse to C:\Program Files\Kodak\AiO\Center, then select EKAiOHostService.exe.
- Click Open.
- Verify that the two services (AiOHomeCenter and EKAiOHostService) appear in the List of applications with a green mark.
- Click OK.
- Restart your computer.
If you continue to have problems setting up your wireless all-in-one printer with AVG Internet Security, allow all firewall services and enable the game mode option.
- Start AVG Internet Security.
- Select Overview > Firewall.
- Select Allow All from the Select Firewall profile drop-down list.
- Select the Enable Game Mode check box (if it is not already selected), then click Save changes.
