1. After trying to print a photograph from your computer, look for an error message on the printer or computer. If an error message is:
    • present, follow the instructions or search for help to resolve the error condition.
    • not present, go to the next step.
  2. Make sure the photo paper is inserted correctly:
    • Paper is inserted short side first into the center of the input tray with the logo side toward the tray and the glossy side toward you.
    • Move the paper-edge guides until they touch the paper.
  3. From the printer, print a copy of a photograph to determine that your all-in-one printer is functioning correctly. If the printer:
    • functions correctly, go to the next step.
    • does not function correctly, .

      IMPORTANT: In the next step, make sure your Advent printer is selected when you print. 
  4. Try to print a photograph from your computer again.
