To resolve this error:

  1. Disconnect the power adapter from the printer.
  2. Wait 5 seconds to allow the printer to reset.
  3. Connect the power adapter to the printer. Turn on the printer if necessary.

If the error continues:

  1. Open the printer access door.
  2.  the printhead two times.
  3. Close the printer access door.
  4. Wait until the printer is ready to use.

If the error continues, your printer may not be able to be repaired.
