Follow the instructions provided in the message text box. If the error persists:

  1. Turn off the printer, then turn on the printer.
  2. Close any programs that may be open, including those that appear on your computer task bar.
  3. Verify that your computer is connected to the Internet.
    NOTE: If your connection to the Internet is wireless, verify that the signal strength is sufficient.
  4. Start the All-in-One Printer Software, then try the feature again.
