Follow the instructions provided on the printer LCD or printer status monitor. If the error persists:
- Cancel all print jobs.
- Turn off the printer.
- Reconnect all cable connections, and verify that all connections are secure.
- Turn on the printer.
NOTE: If your connection to the Internet is wireless, verify that the signal strength is sufficient. - Close the All-in-One Printer Software.
- Start the software, then try using your printer again.
