Follow the instructions provided on the printer LCD or printer status monitor. If the error persists:

  1. Cancel all print jobs.
  2. Turn off the printer.
  3. Reconnect all cable connections, and verify that all connections are secure.
  4. Turn on the printer.
    NOTE: If your connection to the Internet is wireless, verify that the signal strength is sufficient.
  5. Close the All-in-One Printer Software.
  6. Start the software, then try using your printer again.
