Why isn't my computer name on the LCD when I try to scan using my all-in-one printer when they are both connected to the same network? Print

To resolve:

Turn off the printer.
Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.
Wait 30 seconds.
Connect the power cord to the printer.
Turn on the printer.
From the printer control panel:
1. Select Scan, then press OK, if needed.
2. Select Scan To Computer.
3. Use the left and right navigation buttons to select the network computer name, then press OK, if needed.
  - The network-connected computer name should display on the LCD.
