Why can't I connect to my shared all-in-one printer using Home Center Software on my MACINTOSH computer? Print

Home Center Software does not support shared printers. Home Center Software requires that the printer is connected via a direct USB, Wi-Fi, or Ethernet connection.

MACINTOSH users may get a message, "Unable to connect to printer. Check the printer power and connections."
