We recommend that you calibrate your ESP 3 printer when you:

  • install a new printhead.
  • notice a change in print quality.

To calibrate:

  1. Make sure 8 1/2 x 11-in. or A4-size plain paper is loaded in the paper tray and that the printer access door is closed.
  2. Start the KODAK AiO Home Center. 
  3. From either the Help or Tools toolbar (depending on your version of software), select Maintenance. 
  4. Click Printhead Alignment.
    IMPORTANT: Do not interrupt the calibration; errors may occur if the calibration is not finished.
  5. Wait approximately two minutes for the calibration sheet to print and for the On/Off light to stop blinking.
