- On the Status Monitor (on your computer), cancel the scan, then press Cancel on the printer control panel.
- In the Home Center Software, set the Resolution to 150 dpi.
- Turn off the printer and remove the power connection from the back of the printer for 30 seconds.
- Reconnect the power to the printer and turn on the printer's power.
- Scan again.
- After scanning is working, increase the resolution to the setting you want and scan again.
