- Verify that your paper size and type is supported by the all-in-one printer (see the user guide for your printer).
- Verify that your paper is loaded correctly:
- For EASYSHARE 5000-Series Printers, verify that you are using the correct paper tray:
- Load 4 x 6 in. photo paper in the photo tray, logo side up.
- Load all other sizes (from 3 to 8.5 in. wide and 5 to 14 in. long) in the main paper tray, with the short edge forward and the logo side up.
- For all other printers, verify that the paper is positioned at the correct guide (dotted line) on the paper tray for photos (upper right) or documents (lower left), and that the paper guide holder is secure against the paper.
