Your all-in-one printer only supports FAT format memory cards or flash drives.

If your memory card or flash drive is formatted as NTFS, do one of the following procedures to change the format to FAT:

From your all-in-one printer (not available on the ESP 3250 or ESP 5250 Printer):

1. Insert the memory card or flash drive into the appropriate location on your all-in-one printer.
2. Select Menu/Home > Maintenance.
3. Select Format Memory Card, then press OK.

From your computer:

1. Insert the memory card or flash drive into the appropriate location on your computer.
2. Right-click Start > Explore.
   IMPORTANT: In the next step, do NOT select Quick Format.
3. Right-click the memory card or flash drive, then select Format.
4. Select FAT for the file system, then click OK.
