What should I do if the Custom Paper Size button is not available (grayed out) in Home Center Software? Print

For WINDOWS VISTA Operating System:

Select Start > Control Panel.
Select Printers.
Right-click your all-in-one printer.
Select Run as administrator.
Select Open.
Click the Print button.
Select Print Preferences.
The Custom button will now be available (not grayed out) in Home Center Software.

NOTE: Print preferences cannot be saved unless you use the method above.
