IMPORTANT: Print this page before continuing.
Try running the Repair utility:
- Select Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add / Remove Programs. For Windows XP operating systems, select Start > Control Panel > Add / Remove Programs.
- Select KODAK EASYSHARE Software.
- For Windows 2000 and XP operating systems, click Change.
- When the Setup Wizard dialog box appears, click Next.
- Select Repair, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
If you still cannot open your pictures, rebuild your picture catalog:
- Right-click the Kodak icon on the taskbar.
- Select Shut Down KODAK EASYSHARE Software.
- Double-click the My Computer icon.
- Select LOCALDISK(C:) > Program Files > Kodak > KODAK EASYSHARE Software.
- Right-click the Catalog folder, and then select Rename.
- Change the folder name to CatalogOld.
- Start EASYSHARE Software.
NOTE: You may need to add your pictures to the collection again.
