This error code indicates that EASYSHARE Software experienced a problem with the picture catalog and could not continue to run.

To resolve this error condition:

For Windows 2000 and XP operating systems

IMPORTANT: Print this page before continuing.

  1. Close all programs.
  2. Restart the computer.
  3. Log on the computer using the Administrator account.

  4. IMPORTANT: EASYSHARE Software requires administrative privileges to build the initial picture catalog. Once the picture catalog has been built, you can log on with any account.

  5. Start EASYSHARE Software.

  6. If you receive this error code again, follow the "For all other Windows operating systems" procedure below.

For all other Windows operating systems

  1. Right-click the Kodak icon on the taskbar.
  2. Select Shut Down KODAK EASYSHARE Software.
  3. Double-click the My Computer icon.
  4. Select C: > Program Files > Kodak > KODAK EASYSHARE Software.
  5. Right-click the Catalog folder, and then select Rename.
  6. Change the folder name to CatalogOld.
  7. Start EASYSHARE Software.

NOTE: You may need to add your images to the collection again.
