When an SD memory card is taken from one camera and placed in another camera before formatting the card, EASYSHARE Software may stop responding. If this happens, do the following:

At your keyboard, press the Control, Alt, and Delete keys simultaneously.
Select Task Manager.
Select KODAK EASYSHARE Software, and click End Task.
If EASYSHARE Software does not close, close all other software programs and restart your computer.
IMPORTANT: Formatting eliminates everything on the card, including pictures and videos that you marked as protected. Copy any important pictures or videos to another location before formatting.
To prevent this problem from recurring, transfer your pictures to your computer using the Transfer All option in EASYSHARE Software, and then format the SD card.
