If your frame doesn't recognize a connected external hard drive, make sure that the drive:
- Has a connected external power supply.
- Is formatted as FAT32, not NTFS. EASYSHARE Digital Frames don't support NTFS formatting.*
- Contains picture, music, or video formats that the digital frame can recognize.**
*You can reformat your hard drive to FAT32 - but be aware, reformatting erases all files on the drive. For details, see the external hard drive's documentation.
