NOTE: When you use KODAK Photo Papers, your printer defaults to Auto Detect to determine the type of paper, and applies the optimum printer settings. If you use other non-Kodak brand paper, you may want to apply the printer settings manually. For non-Kodak brand photo papers, or specialty papers, you can use the manual settings to find the Paper Type selection that works best for the paper you are using and for your quality expectations. Check with the paper manufacturer for the best recommended printer settings to insure optimum quality. When printing on plain paper, use the Best quality setting to improve the color quality of your prints.
