To resolve this error, change the default storage location for your pictures.
- Start EASYSHARE Software.
- Select Tools > Preferences.
- Select the Transfer tab.
- Below "Select the location on your hard disk where you want to copy transferred pictures," click Browse, and navigate to the directory where the pictures are stored.
The default storage location for WINDOWS XP OS is C:\Documents and Settings\user name\My Documents\My Pictures\Kodak Pictures. - Click OK to return to Preferences, then click Apply and OK to save and close the Preferences.
- Reconnect the camera, and transfer your pictures.
