The memory card is locked so that data (pictures, videos, or files) cannot be added or deleted.
To unlock the card:
- Turn off the camera.
- Remove the card from the camera.
- Slide the tiny switch (on the side of the card) so that it's not in the Lock position.
- Reinsert the card into the camera.
- Turn on the camera.
