To clear print jobs, you must have administrator rights to your computer.

For WINDOWS XP or VISTA Operating Systems:
  1. Select Start > Run.
  2. Type control printers, then click OK.
  3. Right-click the icon for your all-in-one printer, then select Open.
  4. Right-click the print job that you want to cancel, then select Cancel. To cancel all print jobs, select Printer, then select Cancel All Documents.
For WINDOWS 7 Operating Systems:
  1. Select Start > Run.
  2. Type control printers, then press Enter.
  3. Right-click the icon for your all-in-one printer, then select See What's Printing.
  4. Right-click the print job that you want to cancel, then select Cancel. To cancel all print jobs, select Printer, then select Cancel All Documents.

If you still cannot clear the print queue:

Restart the Print Spooler service:

  1. Select Start > Run.
  2. Type services.msc, then click OK. 
  3. Locate Print Spooler in the Name list.
  4. Right-click Print Spooler, then click Restart.
