To resolve this error:


Check and/or change the spooler settings:

  1. Select Start > Settings > Printer and Faxes.
  2. Double-click your all-in-one printer.
  3. Click Print or Cancel All Documents, then click OK.
  4. Right-click your all-in-one printer, then click Properties.
  5. Click the Advanced tab.
  6. Select Print directly to the printer.
