To successfully print a PDF file from your Web browser:
  1. Save the PDF file to your desktop.
  2. Open the file.
  3. Print the file.
If the problem continues, try the suggestions below until you find one that works best for you.
  1. Send one or two pages at a time to your printer. It is possible that the document is larger than the printer memory supports.

  2. If the file that can't be printed is on a removable drive or on a network drive:
    • Move the file to the local hard disk.
    • Select File > Save As and give the file a new name.
    • Try printing the new file.

  3. Try printing the PDF file as an image:
    NOTE: When you print a PDF file as an image, it may take longer to print.
    • Open the PDF.
    • Select File > Print, then click Advanced.
    • Click the check box next to Print As Image.
    • Click OK.
    • Click OK to print.
  4. Change the PostScript settings:
    • Select File > Print, then click Advanced.
    • Click PostScript Options in the list on the left.
    • Select the PostScript options that are not selected and clear the options that are selected.
    • Click OK to close the dialog box, then click Print.
