Why didn't my all-in-one printer respond when I tried to print a PDF file from my Web browser?

To successfully print a PDF file from your Web browser:- Save the PDF file to your desktop.
- Open the file.
- Print the file.
If the problem continues, try the suggestions below until you find one that works best for you.- Send one or two pages at a time to your printer. It is possible that the document is larger than the printer memory supports.
- If the file that can't be printed is on a removable drive or on a network drive:
- Move the file to the local hard disk.
- Select File > Save As and give the file a new name.
- Try printing the new file.
- Try printing the PDF file as an image:
NOTE: When you print a PDF file as an image, it may take longer to print.- Open the PDF.
- Select File > Print, then click Advanced.
- Click the check box next to Print As Image.
- Click OK.
- Click OK to print.
- Change the PostScript settings:
- Select File > Print, then click Advanced.
- Click PostScript Options in the list on the left.
- Select the PostScript options that are not selected and clear the options that are selected.
- Click OK to close the dialog box, then click Print.
