To resolve the error code:
- Determine if there are any other printers (actual or virtual) installed that may be conflicting with your KODAK All-in-One Printer Software:
- Double-click the Status Monitor for KODAK AiO Printers icon in the system tray near the clock in the lower right corner of your WINDOWS main screen.
- If "Select the specific KODAK Printer below:" displays, make note of any printer that is not a KODAK All-in-One Printer or any printer that displays a yellow triangle and an exclamation point.
- Click Start > Settings > Printers and Faxes, and delete the printers that were noted in the previous step.
- Try scanning again.
- If the error continues to occur on your system without conflicting printers, and your printer is connected to your computer with a USB cable:
- Make sure you are using a USB 2.0 cable, and that it is securely connected.
- Try scanning again.
