Make sure you check the borderless selection in your application software setting before you print your 7 x 10 in. borderless image.
If this issue continues, upgrade your KODAK All-in-One Printer Software to the latest version. Go to All-in-One Printer Software Downloads and follow the on-screen instructions, then try to print a borderless image again.
