I am sorry to hear about the terrible situation you have experienced with the customer service. The  Kodak Store in XXXXXX seems to be a Retailer using Kodak Digital Kiosk printers. These printers are produced and supported  by the company Kodak Alaris. This is a separate company from Kodak. In order for you to escalate the issue you had and register your complaint you will need to contact Alaris directly. Normally, Retailers are expected to provide a high rate of quality in terms of products and customer service. So please let Alaris know about he problem you have experienced providing the details of the Retailer.
